What does your company do?
We offer fully accredited health care courses at the minimum cost.
We also try and place students on completion of course
Our aim is to empower and make them young, single mums financially independent
What is your biggest success?
From being a covid grant recipient and using a portion of grant to save up and open up Mediskills to being voted best College in Durban
Being acknowledged by many organizations for our ongoing support, Cheshire homes, The pink Drive, DSSC, and the older folk in our community. Having an student find employment abroad, assisting abused women to become financially independent and able to survive on their own.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle is lack of transport to be able to reach a larger group.
Being reliant on public transport limits our outreach and ability to reach, test and feed as many people as we would like to
