What is your biggest success?
Aggressive marketing. Adhering to quality in production. Going the extra mile for clients eg. sourcing for them if we don’t carry the product, ensuring we deliver orders timeously and all round excelling in service.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Shortage of finance to enable us to keep stock. Currently we purchase from our suppliers or manufacture only once a client pays. Overheads are also high.
