What is your biggest success?
My biggest achievements was growing sales in an underperforming territory. I had to try something different to gain more awareness. We took a month to find the right suppliers and implement the plan, and work output was never affected again
What has been your biggest hurdle?
I have the best products and offer the best service, but because I'm based in a small town my target customers don’t know I exist. Being able to afford marketing and launching my own website instead of depending on 3rd parties companies.
