Ultimate Cleaning Solutions operates throughout the Johannesburg, the Western Cape Garden Route, KZN Durban South and South Coast areas.
We are currently expanding our offerings to become a fully fledged Facilitation Company, comprising of the following additional services:
* Hygiene - provides a fully serviced washroom solution for your premises. Our equipment is environmentally friendly and available on Rental or Outright purchase
* Outsource - provides personnel outsourcing and deployment services to a variety of industries at all levels of expertise, from general workers to specialist personnel
* Automotive - Vehicles are disinfected (inside cabins with every driver change) and kept hygienic for the transportation of food and perishables
* Specialised cleaning - using microbial alternatives with impressive results.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been establishing sustainable commercial growth of my company, Ultimate Cleaning Solutions (UCS), which includes the geographical expansions, from a single location in Johannesburg, to branches in the Garden Route and Durban. This does not only signify the success of our business model, but also the trust and satisfaction of our customer base.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been navigating the complexities of scaling my company, while maintaining the high service delivery standards that we have set, as well as balancing operational efficiency, staff training, and customer satisfaction, in the contemporary South African economic climate.
