What does your company do?
My company started as a cosmetic business where I used my laboratory skills obtained from a UJ course I did (Biotechnology) to create lipglosses from scratch and sell it to my fellow students and people in my community. Now I do makeup and hair for private clients and film industries.
What is your biggest success?
I’m a self taught makeup artist and hairdresser. Seeing myself working in film industries as a makeup artist has been my biggest success because it’s something I never thought it would happen.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
There was a time my business was not moving at all and I felt like giving up but instead I kept on praying and hoping & pushing to get it back on track.
