What is your biggest success?
The employment of youth and women in our business has been a major success. Also to be able to see the passenger trains back to service or running, has been a major success, because they cater for the poorest of the poor in our country.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
SOE’s not paying our invoices on time, that affect the cash flow of the company. The lead time of components are too long due to the fact that our country’s manufacturing businesses close down due to non support from the government.
