What does your company do?
We are an Eyelash Extensions Beauty Studio that now offer multiple beauty services as well. We also offer training course to empower other women and get them started in the lash industry.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was taking the leap of Faith to open the studio. I had been working from home for years, the business got busier and I decided to open a beauty studio and employ other people and the business has been doing well.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Building systems and navigating the task of imparting your vision to other people, as well as trying to maintain and grow and refine that vision. Dealing with staff can be challenging, but it is important for the business to grow beyond me.
