Bosse Events is a full-service event management company that specializes in planning, staffing, and executing corporate and private events. We provide end-to-end solutions—from creative concept development and logistics to on-site coordination and professional event staffing. Our goal is to make the event planning process seamless for our clients by offering everything they need under one roof.
What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success has been building a brand that clients trust to deliver seamless, high-quality events—regardless of scale or complexity. Starting with just a handful of clients and a big vision, we’ve grown to manage over 100 successful events annually, supported by a team of 180+ part-time professionals. What we’re most proud of is the loyalty of our returning clients and the consistent word-of-mouth referrals that fuel our growth. It proves that our commitment to reliability, creativity, and detail is making a lasting impact in the events industry.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
As a women-owned business in a traditionally male-dominated industry, one of our biggest hurdles was being taken seriously—especially when pitching for large corporate accounts or managing technical, logistically complex events. Early on, we had to work twice as hard to prove our capabilities, often facing unconscious bias and skepticism. Through consistent excellence, strategic relationship-building, and a strong, all-female leadership team, we’ve earned the trust of major clients and positioned Bosse Events as a powerhouse in the events space. Turning that initial resistance into recognition has been one of our proudest achievements.
