What is your biggest success?
We started at about 19 children but we became the most popular crèche in the community and now we enrolled 278 children and employed 13 staff. We teach our children Skills and social behaviour. We are mostly known about the best service & love for our children.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Most of the parents are living with grants. The grant from the government comes in very late and the operation within the creche becomes so frustrating. The staff get paid very late because of late grants.
