What is your biggest success?
I started the company when I was 23 and it has all been organic growth, I had no financial or business support from a mentor/ partner/ parents. I did everything myself. All my clients are from word of mouth. Company will be 10 years old and it has grown due to hard work and love !
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Being a business owner means you wear many hats. You are the manager, accountant, HR, admin etc. it feels like there is never enough time in the day! To be able to manage the balance of work / family etc
