What is your biggest success?

One of our most significant career achievements occurred when we secured a contract to organize and oversee the inauguration of the 'Platinum Walk' at Oceans Mall in Durban. The event saw the attendance of government officials and prominent celebrities I admired from television, marking a personal milestone. The successful execution of the event garnered widespread media coverage, earning mentions in newspaper articles. It was a proud moment for our team, demonstrating our ability to deliver exceptional event management services amidst high-profile guests and public scrutiny.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

As a company, our primary obstacle lies in funding. Operating as a self-funded entity poses a significant challenge, particularly in the context of South Africa's current economic climate. This limitation impedes our ability to achieve our main objective of creating job opportunities. Without sufficient financial resources, we are constrained in our capacity to expand operations, invest in growth initiatives, and hire additional personnel. Overcoming this hurdle is paramount to our success and requires strategic planning, innovative solutions, and potentially seeking external sources of funding or investment partnerships. By addressing this challenge head-on, we can unlock the potential for growth and fulfill our mission of making a meaningful impact on job creation in our community.
