What is your biggest success?
One of our greatest successes has been establishing Etalon Concierge as a trusted and growing luxury concierge business with a global client base, all whilst ensuring that each client experience remains highly personalised and detail-driven.
Being selected for a high-impact entrepreneurial accelerator programme and successfully completing all requirements in February 2025 was a significant milestone that provided invaluable resources, mentorship & guidance which allowed us to refine our strategy and accelerate growth. Beyond that, we have built strong partnerships across the luxury, travel and lifestyle sectors, which have allowed us to continually elevate our service offering.
As the Co-Founder and CEO of Etalon Concierge, I am most proud of the fact that despite our growth, we have remained deeply committed to delivering experiences that transcend expectations and are crafted with care, intention and a deep client understanding. For us, success is reflected in the trust and satisfaction of the clients we serve.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Scaling our operations to meet growing client demand across multiple time zones and markets, whilst preserving the personal touch at the heart of our brand, continues to be a complex challenge.
Operating in a high-touch, 24/7 service environment comes with inherent complexity; from managing global logistics to navigating evolving client expectations. As the business continues to grow, so does the need to refine our processes, strengthen our team and invest in systems that support seamless, highly personalised delivery. For much of our growth journey, the business has relied heavily on me as the Founder to uphold these standards across all touchpoints. Whilst this has allowed us to deliver exceptional experiences, it has also highlighted the need to scale leadership capacity.
Expanding our operational strength whilst maintaining the quality that defines our client relationships is an ongoing challenge but one that is driving us to build a stronger, more resilient business for the future.
