As the co-founder of Etalon Concierge, my most notable achievement on our journey of growing Etalon has been gaining acceptance into a prestigious accelerator program in April 2024. In just a short amount of time, this opportunity has propelled our business forward, fostering growth and allowing us to make a meaningful impact. Through the program, we have gained access to invaluable resources, mentorship, and networking, refining our strategies and achieving notable milestones. As a team, our greatest accomplishment lies in redefining luxury and enhancing lifestyles through successfully delivering immersive curated experiences to our clients worldwide. For our team, every successful experience we get to deliver that ensures client satisfaction reflects our dedication to pushing luxury boundaries and setting new industry standards, paving the way for continued growth and innovation.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our journey, although rewarding, hasn't been without its challenges. One of the most significant hurdles is finding enough hours in the day to deliver excellent service especially when servicing clients across different timezones in a 24/7 business model. We think that this challenge is what comes with navigating the complexities of the luxury travel and lifestyle management industry while striving to meet the diverse needs and expectations of our discerning clientele. Adapting to evolving trends, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless experiences amidst unforeseen circumstances have all presented their share of obstacles. However, we firmly believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and innovation. At the core of our ethos lies a steadfast commitment to our clients' satisfaction.
