One of Stitchbury Clothing's proudest moments was in July 2023 when we successfully completed a major merchandise order for Betway South Africa. Within an impressive timeframe of less than a month, we meticulously crafted and delivered 3000 units of premium softshell hoodies, screen-print cotton t-shirts, and sublimation long sleeve shirts. Valued at R700657.63, the order was flawlessly fulfilled without a single comeback or quality issue. Our commitment to excellence ensured that all products were dispatched on time, reflecting our dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Stitchbury Clothing faced two major hurdles: firstly, managing cash flow fluctuations posed a consistent challenge for the business. Secondly, living 120km away from the manufacturing facility made it difficult to be present daily, impacting oversight and decision-making. The geographical distance added complexity to operational coordination. Additionally, juggling parenthood, especially during the pregnancy in 2022, further stretched your time and energy. Despite these obstacles, your commitment to overcoming these challenges while maintaining business operations and family responsibilities showcases your resilience and determination in navigating multiple demands simultaneously.
