What is your biggest success?
I believe my greatest success has been letting go of my pride and inviting facilitators on board who excel beyond me and challenge my thinking. For years, I struggled to give up control and trust that others could deliver focused and impactful client work. Shifting my mindset and actively seeking the best talent has been a game-changer.
On a personal level, I consider my greatest success witnessing the reception of my book and the global platforms it has afforded me. It's been an incredible journey leveraging leadership and team development skills to empower fellow entrepreneurs.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle became the reason for launching Credo Growth. It involved the decision to exit my previous business due to personal differences with a partner who joined later on. I was labeled as 'too assertive, too pushy, too straightforward,' which led to years of slow demotivation. Ultimately, I had to make the tough call to leave the business that I poured 11 years of hard work into and beloved colleagues behind whom I loved dearly.
