What has been your biggest hurdle?
Managing payment collections has been a significant hurdle for Pretty BeautyLand. Despite building long-term relationships with clients, there have been instances where customers delayed or refused payment after services were provided. This has resulted in the need for persistent follow-ups and reminders to ensure payment, impacting our cash flow and overall operations. As a result, we have implemented changes to require upfront payment for services rendered to mitigate this challenge.
