What does your company do?

HR Consulting Services - We offer HR Services customised to the clients need based on a detailed needs assessment process. Our HR Services are offered at a Monthly Retainer Fee or Ad-Hoc based on the clients' needs and budget. We also partner with larger companies through their ESD Programmes to offer these services to their SMME’s that cannot afford to pay for our Services directly. Community Based Project Management and Implementation - We partner with Large organisations to help implement projects in various communities in South Africa based on the client’s desired outputs and project scope. Training and Development - We offer Accredited and Non-Accredited Training Programmes and Learnerships for employees and new entrants to the market.

What is your biggest success?

The most recent business success was partnering with Barloworold Empowerment Foundation for a Capacity Building Project for CBO's in various townships. The aim of the project was to capacitate organisations implementing various social projects with the relevant skills and support to be sustainable and grow in the future. The project was a success as we saw all our beneficiaries graduate to the next level of funding with BWEF and using the skills to attract other funders and grow their projects. Personal Success for this year has been to be appointed as a Business Mentor for Black Umbrella's and NYDA. I have also been appointed as a Non executive Director for a Social Housing Company and all those appointment will ensure that I impact business and individuals that need my skills and experience to grow.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

The biggest hurdle has been market access but we have since managed to secure more clients and strengthened our position in the market. My personal hurdle had been to keep the business running while also growing myself as an entrepreneur and trying to access other opportunities as a professional in Business Mentoring and securing board positions.
