Buzz-A-Bee Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Buzz-A-Bee) is a professional
cleaning business with over 5 years of industry experience. We specialize in domestic,
commercial, and industrial cleaning services. Our operational system is designed for maximum
convenience, with clients booking services through phone calls, SMS, or email. Our dedicated
cleaners use various modes of transportation to reach clients efficiently.
We do Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning as well and Gardening.
What is your biggest success?
My Biggest Success was seeing our growth from only having one cleaner, one client and one booking per week, there was times I had to clean too. We build trust with clients through word-of-mouth referrals. Seeing the smiles on each and every ladies face knowing I can provide them a job and a chance in this world, giving them an income to put food on their table is already one of my biggest success in this business.
We are now just over 20 Ladies.We started doing work for Jawitz and ABC International (Property companies), Offices around Cape Town.
I/We see the vision for Buzz a Bee Cleaning Services and the dreams/goals are what keeps us going.
My Biggest success is this Business my team that's been with me since day one, that believed in me and build this business from the ground with nothing.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The transportation for my ladies sometimes they do not arrive on time due to taxi's and busses strikes etc.
Meeting and exceeding client expectations clients have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and expect consistent, top-quality service.
Finding and retaining reliable cleaning staff can be a constant challenge also the cleaning industry is highly competitive, with many companies vying for clients' attention.
Building trust and a positive reputation are essential.
Managing finances and maintaining profitability.
And then ofcourse technology , keeping up to date and communication.
