What is your biggest success?
My biggest success is the trainings that I'm offering for unemployed youth in order to develop them. I want to see them sustaining themselves, being entrepreneur of tomorrow and some furthering their education. And some getting high positions at their work.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle is stipend for those unemployment youth that I'm trying to educate them, they quit because they don't have travelling allowance to come to school.
