What is your biggest success?
Agripremium use to run informal with no paper work but Gaining funding and recognition from standard bank was my biggest success that motivated me to register the agricultural business and run it formal. being to start training unemployed people about Backyard farming and seeing them succeeding in what thry learned from my farm its a success for me cause I am able to change people's life
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle has been balancing the demands of maintaining high-quality organic food production and goat breeding while also providing comprehensive educational classes. Ensuring consistent quality in both our products and educational offerings requires significant time, resources, and expertise. Additionally, navigating the complexities of sustainable agriculture, including weather variability and market fluctuations, presents ongoing challenges. However, through dedication, innovation, and continuous improvement, we strive to overcome these hurdles and fulfill our mission of promoting sustainable agriculture and empowering individuals to embrace organic farming practices.
