What does your company do?

Basically, we try as much as we can to streamline our activities in KEKELETSO MAHLELEBE FOUNDATION to areas where we know we can produce faster results when it comes to reducing poverty and getting youths involved in enterprise development and governance in parts of South Africa. What is your biggest success?

Our greatest achievement has been successfully implementing various programs and initiatives that have made a positive impact on the lives of those need within our community. From providing essential resources to vulnerable populations, to organizing events that bring people together and promote unity, we have worked tirelessly to create a more inclusive and supportive community for all. Our ability to effectively collaborate with local partners, volunteers, and donors has been instrumental in our success, and we are continually striving to find new and innovative ways to address the challenges facing our community.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our biggest hurdle at the community foundation company NPO has been securing sustainable funding sources to support our programs and initiatives. As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on donations, grants, and sponsorships to fund our work, and fluctuations in funding can have a significant impact on our ability to serve the community. We have had to get creative in our fundraising efforts and constantly seek out new opportunities for financial support. Additionally, navigating the complex landscape of regulations and compliance requirements for non-profits has also presented challenges that we have had to. Despite these hurdles, we remain dedicated to our mission of creating a stronger, more united community for all.
