What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was to open up to collaborations and also hiring more knowledgeable and competent individuals to help manage my organisation. I regard this as my biggest success because since i opened up to partnerships my business operations is more efficient, the number employees increased and the annual turnover has increased exponentially.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
As the founder of the organisation and having solely led the organisation for 10 years, the greatest hurdle i ever experienced was stepping down as the CEO and allowing a more experienced individual to lead the organization besides me.
