What is your biggest success?
I’m opening my first actual Restaurant
In a few weeks.
From 1 Food Trailor at the age of 21 years old to 2 Food Trailors and a restaurant at 22 years old.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Getting the required documents to legally operate a food trailor, and with the current state of the economy and the high prices of food. I had to find a way to sell the best quality food without being expensive.
