What does your company do?

We are a conveyancing legal practice and we have made it our goal to donate a home to someone once a year. We run this as part of our GIFTED PROJECT and we save up funds to buy someone a home and then transfer the property into their names. We have helped a nanny secure a home and that way secure her future pension and income. We have donated a home to a domestic worker - she has the title deed and now has tenants in her property. She has double her monthly income with the rental. We have purchased another property and are in the process of transferring it into a single mom's name. She takes care of her two small children, one of whom is deaf and blind. This home will give them a safe space and also generate monthly income from a room she can rent out. We are a small business, woman owned and we try and make a difference in one person or family's life every year. I am entering this competition as the cash prize will enable us to purchase more property for the Gifted Project.
