What is your biggest success?
Our biggest successes at Rea Bopa Creative Agency have been two significant milestones. First, securing our first long-term client on a retainer for over a year, which provided stable income and solidified our reputation. Second, launching an internship program designed to offer fresh graduates valuable job experience and referral letters, helping them secure employment. Every intern who participated in our program has successfully found a job, demonstrating the impact of our efforts in empowering others.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle has been consistent cash flow, which has limited our ability to build a full-time team. As a result, the majority of the workload falls on one person, which has inevitably slowed down the growth of the business. While we’ve been able to work with freelancers on a project-to-project basis, not having a dedicated team to share responsibilities has made it harder to scale and take on bigger opportunities. I strongly believe that with the right team in place, we would have made even greater progress by now. This remains one of our key challenges, and something we are actively working toward overcoming as the business grows.
