What is your biggest success?
One of your greatest achievement's was branching out the organisation to be able to accommodate female and male young people. SA youth events solely used to organise Miss Phenomenal Gauteng which expanded to Miss Phenomenal South Africa. The organisation now caters for the boy child Aswell through The Young Leaders awards, ILEAD workshops and seminars. The organisations used to have 80% of supporters in Gauteng we now have 80% of supporters from other provinces and 20% in Gauteng this shows that the organisation has grown remarkably throughout the country and branching out in many communities and impacting the boy child.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
1.
Financial Constraints
Securing consistent funding is a significant challenge for many youth-focused organizations. Limited financial resources can impact the scale and reach of events, mentorship programs, and community outreach initiatives. Ensuring that youth from underserved communities have access to necessary resources, such as educational materials, technology, and transportation, is crucial. Lack of access can hinder participation and the effectiveness of empowerment programs.
