What does your company do?
My company manufacturers braii charcoal and harvesting firewoods the we supply in balk/pallets.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was to officially register my business having to have my business account,speed point because I always had cash on me which wasn't good, buying my workers worksuits and owning 2 chainsaws.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle was finance,safety of my workers and distraction so when it comes to finances to uplift my business it's a big issue because there are some equipment and machinery that I don't have that we use and I can say which are the main source without them it's slower and we can't work I need to hire them almost everyday,safety for my workers it's a challenge too because it's a heavy job where it's easy for one to get injured and it happened the other day I had to look on that. Sometimes I get to be distracted not knowing what to do with other challenges and sometimes I'll be having thoughts if I'm doing correct whatever the decision I'm taking or not but proceed anyway.
