What is your biggest success?
I started Equisure with big dreams in 2017, it was a daunting task to get the business to the level where we are now, a fully functional independent Insurance Broker with Agencies at all major Insurers.
Success wasn't guaranteed, but with perseverance, passion and a solid plan we navigated the challenges to reach our goal.
Success isn't just about financial gains; it's also about finding fulfillment in what you do and making a difference to others.
I was honored to be appointed as the IIG Ambassador 2024 and will continue to strive for excellence.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
In the Financial Industry hurdles are as common as opportunities, ranging from Compliance regulations to fierce competition and volatile markets within the industry.
Adapting to evolving technology and making it a part of how we do business requires agility and innovation.
Unexpected crises as well as staffing issues can test resilience of any business owner, therefore a willingness to learn and adapt paves the way for growth and achievement.
