What does your company do?

Taroko Organics is a Health and Wellness brand launched under Eminent Pearl Brands in 2021. We manufacture health and wellness products that support the everyday consumer in achieving holistic wellbeing. Our ethos is to educate and expose consumers to organic products that are good for them before they get sick. Our aim is to provide you with well-researched and well-sourced products to support your whole family in their different life stages. Our current range started with the Organic Aloe Vera Gel, which is versatile in usage from skin irritations and allergies to beauty hacks. We have since grown to include two collagen products, one that is Unflavoured and another that is with vitamin C in line with our maximum health proposition.

What is your biggest success?

The launch of Collagen has really been our greatest success which opened doors for us even in retail. In 2024 we have achieved three key success that have helped us with distribution and visibility. 1. New product development (Collagen +Vitamin C) 2. Launching an ecommerce website 3. Currently in the process of being listed at Faithful To Nature, a big and credible online destination for Health and Wellness products. This is special for us specifically because the brand approached us because they resonate with our products and see them as good products that will add value to their consumer basket.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our biggest hurdle has been formal retail entrance. We continue to knock at different doors to open up this distribution channel and drive convenience and physical availability of the product to our consumers. Its not easy to get into retail as a small business with limited marketing budgets. We are also looking into getting more packaging machinery that will help us be agile in doing sampling and driving trial for our products.
