What does your company do?
We a Wellness company providing haircare, Skincare, Personal Care and Aesthetics treatments. We sell our products through distributors. We create income opportunities mostly for unemployed women
What is your biggest success?
We decided that we would not take our products to the shops because we had a desire to create income opportunities for women. We work with these women teaching them about the business, the product and personal development.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Women go through problems in life which hinders their growth. Women prioritize their families which can slow down their progress. The level of education about entrepreneurship and exposure is also a big hurdle. We have accepted that we will not grow as fast as other companies
