What does your company do?
Nkubu provides business advisory interventions that create, develop and sustain high growth businesses through offering Business Consulting, Training, Branding & Digital Marketing Services). Established in 2008 by a team of visionary, experienced and multi-disciplinary business advisors that created an “ecosystem for a developing, growing and thriving entrepreneur”.
Led by Lydia Sepeng, a business executive with over 12 years running a consulting practice, as a business advisor, mentor and coach.
What is your biggest success?
Being counted by key government agencies as one of the leading advisory firms in packaging and delivering innovative business solutions to budding entrepreneurs and cooperatives. We have to date assisted over 200 SMMEs and cooperatives. The longevity and market presence, though very tough, have been phenomenal.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Transforming our business model into an online digital service where our interventions can be accessed by clients and delivered through the click of a button. Developing an online training portal where workshops and seminars can be delivered to a wider audience digitally.
