What does your company do?
We are boutique law firm based in Pretoria. We offer a wide range of legal services and have grown significantly over the past 4 years. Our practice offers services in a variety of areas which include family law, civil litigation, registration of trademarks, advisory services and compliance services.
What is your biggest success?
My greatest success has been learning to handle a matter from start to finish. This includes drafting of documents and appearances at the High Court level without the use of an advocate. Another great achievement is turning a profit and making a success of my business even though it began 3 months before covid. I have endured and overcome the pandemic which took down thousands of businesses.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My greatest success has been growing my business in terms of personnel. As a legal practice our profit margin fluctuates month to month. Therefore we have had to build up sufficient funds to employ personnel and have funds to cover their salaries should the business not turn a big enough profit for that month.
