A mobile wellness clinic specialising in customised IV hydration therapy and personalised consultation, which are administered by a skilled Professional Nurse. We prioritise service excellence, convenience and quality.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success was when I broke even. I started the business with savings from my salary and spent a great deal of it buying stock and equipment, so when I made that money back, it was confirmation to me that from here I can only grow. I’ve since been establishing a strong reputation for providing effective and safe treatments, expanding my clientele through word-of-mouth referrals and social media platforms.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle was finding a prescribing Doctor who was willing to assist me with prescribing medication for my clients as I cannot do so as a Registered Nurse. Another factors was that I could not pay the Doctor’s fees at the time, however we managed to get a Doctor and we have been working with each other since
