What does your company do?
We sell coffee and cookies and basically a mini local coffee shop that is built under young females . We target people who are too late to have a snack and too early to go back home and grab a drink
It's a safe space for people who want to leave their homes and meet others at a coffee stop
What is your biggest success?
Having to work with females that drive us towards our success. It's a female dominated workplace so there's a lot of misunderstandings but there's fairness. Having to wake up and think of the coffee bar being a main priority has been the biggest blessing.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
We had to face setbacks like unemployment rate being high, sales going down cause we didn't bring anything new to the table. Male customers asking us out then if we denied, business would go left cause where we come from its a male dominated neighborhood
