What does your company do?
We specialise in organisational change management services in the IT/digitilisation industry, to SME's who have unique business ventures, who would otherwise not be able to develop their products due to high risk, or high costs. We do this by charging the customer minimal profits, keeping costs low, and reducing risks of expenditure upfront. We later recoup our profits once thr ROI has veen proven.
Our services include management consulting, technology/software, and Talent management through skills development and recruitment.
What is your biggest success?
Development of a custom software solution to a hospital group, leveraging AI technologies to enable Clinicians to better diagnose, manage and enable their patients.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Starting this venture with no up-front capital, was considerably hard as we were dependent on contractual/time based billing to cover operational costs, as opposed to delivery based income.
