What does your company do?
We are an internet service provider mainly servicing low income areas. We want to make unlimited fibre data affordable to all. We sell unlimited fibre data in Daily increments - 3 Days, 7 Days, 14 Days, 21 Day, 28 Days. It allows the customer to buy data based on what they can afford. We accept cash and cards.
What is your biggest success?
Being able to employ 8 people given what we have gone through over the first few years of operating.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Getting customers. We thought a digital first approach using Facebook and Google would attract customers however it failed. We have learnt that our target customers would rather have face to face contact and interactions with sales people. We have struggled to get the right sales people to help.
