What does your company do?
The Edu Castle is an after school educational centre that helps learners with school related problems such as homework, projects/assignments, and have an on going development assessment program to develop learners reading and writing skills.
What is your biggest success?
The Growth of the company. Being able to maintain the growth since the start of the company to date.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The growth of the company. With growth comes alot of challenges especially having to manage a bigger team. I had to learn to manage staff and detach myself emotionally when it comes to staffing issues in both good and bad situations.
