What does your company do?
The Edu Castle is an after school educational centre that helps learners with school related problems such as homework, projects/assignments, and have an on going development assessment program to develop learners reading and writing skills.
What is your biggest success?
It's the steady growth in the learners and maintaining the growth of the clientele.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The growth of the enterprise. With growth comes alot of challenges, especially when it comes to managing staff. I had to learn to manage people and lead without the use of my emotions in both good or bad situations.
