What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success as an energy consulting company was our comprehensive energy efficiency project where we would install diesel generators. The client was facing rising energy costs and inefficiencies, which were impacting their profitability and environmental footprint.
We started with an in-depth energy audit, identifying key areas where energy was being wasted. Our team then developed a customized energy efficiency plan that included upgrading to high-efficiency equipment, implementing advanced energy management systems, and optimizing their systems
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle as an energy consulting company was adapting to the rapid changes in energy regulations and market dynamics. A few years ago, several major regulatory shifts were introduced simultaneously, significantly impacting our clients' operations and the energy solutions we provided.
This situation initially caused confusion and delays in several ongoing projects.
