We are a livestock production company, and our first enterprise entails rearing of pigs, cattle and goats.
Our second enterprise is processing of meat cuts (butchery enterprise).
What is your biggest success?
Starting a piggery with 4 pigs and today we have 20 producing sows. Seeing our forward vertical strategy taking shape (we produce and retail our own pork).
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Pig feed (the most expensive input), we however find ways of reducing the costs through continuous research of a suitable pig diet. Capital growth for infrastructure and to hire more labour.
