What is your biggest success?
Perhaps my biggest success was developing a unique, clean-burning soy candle with an unforgettable fragrance that consistently receives rave reviews from customers. It took countless trials and meticulous scent blending, but achieving this perfect combination that evokes such positive emotions in people has been incredibly rewarding.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest hurdles I face is the constant competition within the candle market. It's tough to stand out amongst the sheer volume of existing brands, particularly larger companies with wider marketing reach. Maintaining consistent quality while innovating with new fragrances and designs to attract customers without compromising my values has been an ongoing challenge.
