What does your company do?
When I started MS Conglomerate, we first started as Digital Marketing Firm and we happen to find a niche in the Lobola industry, so we took the opportunity to rebrand and relaunch as The Lobola Shop where we specialize in Afro-luxury stationery and gifting for traditional events. We are passionate about celebrating African culture and heritage through beautifully crafted products that add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any event.

What is your biggest success?
when I launched my entity, our focus was of self-care themed lobola Stationary that quickly became best-sellers. The feedback from customers was overwhelmingly positive, and the products resonated with a wide audience, leading to a significant increase in sales and brand recognition. This success not only boosted my company's reputation but also motivated me to continue creating innovative and meaningful products for my customers.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest hurdles in this industry is standing out and attracting customers in a saturated market. With so many options available online, it can be challenging to differentiate my products and services from competitors. Additionally, building brand recognition and establishing a loyal customer base requires a significant amount of marketing and promotional efforts. It can be difficult to break through the noise and reach potential customers who are bombarded with advertisements and invitations from other companies. Overcoming these challenges requires creativity, strategic planning, and a strong understanding of the target market in order to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of my business.
