What does your company do?
We are a salon that offers. Hair, nails , braids, eyelash extension, permanent make up , waxing and cutting services.
As the owner I manufacture my own hair products for ethnic hair.
I also have an internship in the business that’s allows me to upskill the youth and employ them after upskilling them.
What is your biggest success?
Working with my team for more 2years.
Opening my 2nd salon.
Working with hair brands like Dark and lovely and Sta Sof fro.
Styling for Africa fashion week.
Completing the interior design of my salon.
Extending the salon for more space.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
It was Harding getting the right people that wanted to stay.
Learning how to be a boss.
Learning how to not take emotional decisions.
Having a price increase in my prices because of inflation.
