What does your company do?

MH Automotive Engineering is one of the five companies that operate at the AIDC Automotive incubation centre in Silverton Pretoria. The company currently has 80 employees,24 workstations and operates over 2000 square metre floor space. We operate on a 3 shift 8-hour pattern in line with the customer’s supply demand. We are a tier 1 sub-contractor that assembles, and sequences components

What is your biggest success?

Mpho Hlongwane is a 30-year-old industrial engineer by profession with 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry She has been awarded with a five-year business incubation contract at the Automotive Industry Development Centre where she serves as a full-time director and business owner MH Automotive Engineering.
