We aim to support our customers’ beauty and wellness goals while promoting ethical consumerism and community involvement. Our offerings range from nourishing hair oils and conditioners to stylish and protective bonnets, all designed to support healthy hair and scalp care.

What is your biggest success?

One of my biggest success as the owner of a handmade hair product business has been the development and launch of our organic hair oil line. Starting with a passion for natural, healthy hair care solutions, I faced challenges in sourcing organic ingredients that met my standards and developing a formula that truly benefited my customers. However, through extensive research, I did not only launched a product that my customers love, but also saw a 15% increase in repeat customers, which reinforced the value of my commitment to quality and sustainability. This experience has been incredibly fulfilling, and it has taught me the importance of staying true to the brand’s mission. It has also paved the way for me to explore further sustainable practices and product lines, aiming to make a bigger impact in the community and the environment.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle has been managing the supply chain for the natural ingredients needed for our hair products. As a small business committed to quality and sustainability, finding reliable suppliers who meet our ethical standards was challenging, especially when we began to scale up.
