What does your company do?

My company offer accommodation services in a form of a guest house. Rooms comes with an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower option. Each room has its own entrance and kitchen aswell as TV. There is an option to eat-in where we cook for guests, vouchers or self-catering as each room is equipped with a kitchen with stove. Our Mission at trendybliss guesthouse, we are passionately committed to providing our guests with a unique and contemporary accommodation experience. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment, where modern design meets comfort, ensuring that every guest feels at home. Our dedicated team is driven by a shared passion for delivering exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed our guests' expectations. We aim to be the trendsetters in the industry. What is your biggest success?

Our biggest success was having invertors installed for electricity backup and having two guests who stayed full month. That meant that two rooms where utilized to full capacity. We look forward to more bookings as each month keeps on improving.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

How biggest hurdle is getting the pool to be operational as the profit made has been focused on expanding. We believe that if we can get the pool to be working by summer it can increase the quantity of bookings as the town is very hot and very few guest houses have a pool. We believe that we are the only guest house in the area with an indoor pool which can open the roof. We have had bookings query if the pool was operational.
