What is your biggest success?
Having to cater for a big event(wedding)
I had to make a 4 course meal which included entries,starters,main and desserts. I also had to create cocktails for my client's guests
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Having to make a loss during a busy period. It was not easy because I didn't know how I'll be able to pay my employees at that time
