What does your company do?
In Grid Media is a creative design, branding and content creation agency. Founded & began operating in 2015 but formally registered in 2017. Although South African based, we have worked with clients in East Africa, Hong Kong as well as New York.
What is your biggest success?
Getting off the ground. A lot of young people are often held back by not having enough funding. Sometimes you just need to start & everything will fall in to place.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Not being able to scale the business up and generate enough money to permanently employ staff (young people).
