We have made significant impacts on the businesses we have engaged with, with helping with admin task or implementing systems and procedures or coaching new entrepreneurs.
I have a high retention rate of clients as well.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle was my own mindset. Moving from an employee mentality to employer. Realizing that the buck stops with me. The success of my entity depends on me, my effort, my resilience, my perseverance and my willingness to continually learn and evolve into the next version of myself.
