Balancing a full-time job with running a business can be overwhelming. Effective time management and prioritisation are crucial. Setting clear boundaries between my job and business hours, and use tools like planners and automation software to stay organised. Delegate tasks where possible and ensure you make time for self-care to prevent burnout.
