What is your biggest success?
1. To collaborate with multinationals like Coca Cola Beverages South Africa("CCBSA") and Sumitomo Rubber South Africa ("Dunlop") to deliver their Corporate Social Investment initiatives packaged as Bizniz In A Box ("CCBSA) and as Dunlop Fitment Centres all made out of converted shipping containers.
2. Umyezane Awards in 2006

What has been your biggest hurdle?
1.Lack of cashflow.
2. Limited exposure to the market.3. Inability to source material bulky from places like China etc.
4. Ever Increasing Steel and Aluminum Prices.
5. Our current leased location prohibits us from growing due to its size.
6. Absence of a woman business mentor with similar background , as often the container conversion space is male dominated with very few women players.
7. Inflexible payment terms that are passed on to SMME's by big players viz. 30 days payment terms
8. Container conversion projects are graded as General Build by CIDB which sometimes does not give true reflection of how our industry functions
